West Vancouver Basement Refurbishment

I was contacted by the owner who had a small basement area including a garage space. It was jam packed with desks, chairs and boxes full of possessions which they wanted to get rid of through sale, re-gift or disposal.

It's a big project and will take some time to complete. Here are a few pics of the two rooms and the bathroom before. I have even removed a lot of the stuff already.
